Question

Maximum participants in quiz

Hello,

I have the Engage plan which says participants on Slido is in a meeting is limited to 1000. Does this limit also apply to only polls / surveys outside of a meeting?

Thanks

Hey @JSFW ,

The participant limit for your plan applies to each Slido total. This means if you have 100 people joining the Slido via a meeting, and 100 people joining in person via QR code, or from slido.com there will be 200 people total joined on your Slido counting towards the 1000 participant limit.

Heres more details about participant limits:

Hi Carly (and Slido team),

Thank you for the response. I still don’t quite understand. I have issued a survey via a link on a webpage to gather feedback. There is no meeting related to the survey at the moment. I have had much more response to the survey than expected - the analytics already show over 1,200 participants, of which 870 have completed it. I am wondering if I need to make plans for re-posting it if the responses continue to rise?

Kind regards

Jonathan

Hi @JSFW,

To clarify, the Engage plan has a limit of 200 participants. If you expect more and need to exceed this limit, you might consider upgrading to one of our higher paid plans.
