Slido Help Center: This is our knowledge base full of help articles, tutorials, and guides. You’ll find instructions for everything from setting up your first slido, to renewing your annual subscription and beyond.
Slido Community: Search through our vast collection of previously asked questions, product updates, announcements, and more. Ask any question you have here and get quick answers from internal Slido experts and experienced peers.

Personalized support
Sometimes you may need support that’s specific to your account…or maybe you can’t find the answer you’re looking for…or maybe you need to report an issue. That’s why we also offer personalized support options.

- Chat support: Slido offers a live chat experience from both our homepage and within your account. However, we highly recommend logging in first for verification purposes and a quicker resolution. Open the help widget near the bottom of the page and follow the prompts to be connected to our expert Customer Care team.
