How do I change the quiz name please? 

Is there a way to clear the responses in a slido after using it? 

Good day,since the new interface we have a problem with the Q&A. I haven’t found the fix yet. We use the Q&A function across multiple events and days. In the old interface when participants write a questions for example on monday it was visable for mods in the backend even if they checked on tuesday. Now with the new interface a mod just sees questions which are posted after he logged in. So if he opens the Q&A backend section on tuesday at 2pm and somebody wrote a question on tuesday at 1:59pm our mod can’t see it. If it is posted at 2:01pm he does. When the mod decides to refresh his browser page at 2:02pm it resets his visible comments. The only comment/question which isn’t affected are highlighted ones (and archived ones, but archive isn’t relevant here). So is there an option which disables “old” questions, or do we have a bug? Thanks for your help!

I am trying to package this application for multiple users silently without launching slido.app and the add-in doesn't install. Tried copying the user content add-in files but it gives permission error for other users. is there a way to package this for multiple users silently without launching the application?

How can I import questions and answers from Microsoft Word into Slido?

I created a quiz for the classes I teach. After each period I reset the results so that my new class period data would show. At the end of the day, I went to the analytics to see a report of the results for each class period and I could only see the last set of data. Is there a way to recover that data from the resetting results so I can give my students credit? In the future, how do I set up an interaction and use it for each different class period?

I’ve added collaborators to events to help with Q&A moderation. However, one never receives the invitation email from Slido, and I’ve sent it multiple times. Any idea why certain users would receive and others would not?

In our Slido participants will be asked to enter their email address before joining. Some users who tried to join get the message: Failed to send verification email! Please help!

How do I sign out of one account In PowerPoint to add content from a different account? I started creating slidos in a free account then signed up for a pro account and I`'m stuck in a cycle of 'Request access'from the free account -which I deleted. So I can't sign in with a different (pro) account. Any suggestions?

How do you delete/hide the Leaderboard after a quiz round? (It automatically populated and doesn’t have a delete function in the three buttons to the right. 

Hello! Is it possible to lock a poll while presenting using PowerPoint? I would like to capture the initial analytics of the question and prevent my students from changing their responses while we discuss the correct answer. 

How can I have multiple questions in one poll? 

I would like to still share my slide content while participants complete the slido and allow it to remain open until the next question. 

When I click … > Transfer > and enter the new email of the account I would like to transfer my Slidos to, it says “No Users Found.” This new account was created this morning.Can someone please tell me how long it takes to refresh their users list? My account is about to expire, so I need to resolve this by tomorrow.Thanks in advance and HNY!

We’d like to have multiple moderators for an event.  Where the 1st moderator has the job of watching/monitoring/approving the incoming questions on an iPad/device, and the 2nd moderator is the one that also has an iPad/device and is working off the “approved” list of questions (that the 1st moderator cleaned up for them).  Basically, to take pressure of the 2nd moderator and allow them to focus on speaking (letting the 1st moderator work silently in the background doing the work of the questions).  Is this scenario possible?  I am guessing it is, if all devices were logged into the same account simultaneously, etc. but wanted to double check.

I have several polls saved from the old Webex poll editor, can I use those in the new slido?

Hi there, I am trying to incorporate Slido into my Powerpoint presentation on my mac. I was able to do so for 3 slides but for some reason, some of the options (open text, word cloud) are greyed out so I can’t access them as an option for a 4th slide. Can you advise why that could be? I purchased the one-time plan, I have about 40 questions to input, I have input 10 of them and it blocks me from putting in any more because it says I have exceeded the limit of I think it said 275 characters.   Am I limited to a total of 275 characters in all my questions? That would kill the usability of the plan and I don't see that as having been disclosed in the pricing, though it may be in the fine print.  Can I increase the number of characters?

Hello, can I change the question timer on a quiz from 20 seconds to 45? I couldn’t find the setting for this.

Some weeks ago I added two polls. Later on, I looked in the results and they were there. Today the two polls were not visible anymore in my overview! Currently our survey attendees feedback that the survey QR code and link are not accessible. Shows no connection. Could you please help to find the solution?
