I am wanting to run a post-slido survey, i am looking to ask around 5 questions. Ideally i would like to be able to send a link that would take the members to a 5 question open response survey. Is this possible and if so what membership would i need for this? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I am trying to incorporate Slido into my Powerpoint presentation on my mac. I was able to do so for 3 slides but for some reason, some of the options (open text, word cloud) are greyed out so I can’t access them as an option for a 4th slide. Can you advise why that could be? I purchased the one-time plan, I have about 40 questions to input, I have input 10 of them and it blocks me from putting in any more because it says I have exceeded the limit of I think it said 275 characters.   Am I limited to a total of 275 characters in all my questions? That would kill the usability of the plan and I don't see that as having been disclosed in the pricing, though it may be in the fine print.  Can I increase the number of characters?

Hello, can I change the question timer on a quiz from 20 seconds to 45? I couldn’t find the setting for this.

Some weeks ago I added two polls. Later on, I looked in the results and they were there. Today the two polls were not visible anymore in my overview! Currently our survey attendees feedback that the survey QR code and link are not accessible. Shows no connection. Could you please help to find the solution?

I am trying to test my slido presentation and only one slido is presenting. How do i get all slidos to be functional and active? 

Can Labels be made visible to the participants during the Q&A session? So participants could pre-select labels where they upvote available answers already?

Can I reset poll results (multiple choice question) when presenting to enable me to re-use the slides?

I plan to use Slido for a multiple choice quiz with about 40 questions of family trivia, to be presented at a family reunion with about 50 participants who will answer the questions on their iPhones.  I have 2 questions: Can I put a Leader Board on the screen at the end, showing what 3 participants got the most questions correct?   Also, can I make the participants' screen have background color or anything else like that to make the questions look more appealing, instead of just a white background and black lettered questions?  Thanks.

I noticed that the control panel as described in “Run your polls and Q&A directly from Present mode” in the help center is gone.Is there any way to restore the control panel?

What time on the end date does the slido close? 11:59 PM? I don’t see an option to obtain this or adjust. Thank you.

Hi all,I am trying to launch a survey/poll or a few questions and for the first time it will only launch one question. I’m not using it during a presentation, instead emailing it out to a a group for their feedback. In the past I believe I recall a “launch” button, however I don’t see it anymore.Can anyone help?Thanks 

Hello, I’m working on building a PPT presentation, and have added and installed the PPT integration tool. I would like to add an Open Text poll to a slide, but the option is faded out with a small crown in the corner.Do I need to upgrade my plan to have this available? What plan option makes this available? 

If more than one answer is selected as ‘correct answer’ in quiz creation, does that automatically require all correct answers to be selected to count as ‘correct’?Not seeing any settings to adjust if not automatic.Thanks

Hi there, I have just created a survey for an awards presentation but have realised that its making my staff put the nominations in order. I just want to be able to put my nominations on there and have everyone using slido to be able to pick one so we can see theres a clear winner. Is it possible to change this? Or do I have to start from scratch?

Hi,If I distribute the Slido Basic installer (exe) to our users, will they be able to auto update the software themselves? I noticed the Basic installer installs the program to the user appdata local folder which users have rights to install apps to. I guess my question is based around how does the auto update process work? Does it notify the users to download and install the latest version or does it dynamically update the program to the latest version like say how Zoom or Google Chrome do.I have seen there is an admin installer which I can deploy and then manage the updates going forward, I am just trying to work out the most efficient update process for this app in our environment.

Hi My passcode for is not working…  

I have a Slido user who has a 20 question quiz created that they reset each training period.  They are telling me that the performance is normal when the participants are using their phone to participate.  However, when they participate on one of the training PC’s by visiting slido.com and entering the appropriate PIN code, they find there is significant latency moving from screen to screen.  The latency is most evident when moving from the correct answer screen to the trophy screen or from the trophy screen to the next question.They did have a 60 count down before the question was locked and I suggested reducing that but they indicated that the latency exists even if they end the question early.Any troubleshooting ideas.  We have verified the throughput speeds are what they should be and circuit utilization is nomina.

I have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to add a poll. I am being asked to pay again ….  Any suggestions?

I could use Slido for my Power Point however, suddenly I cannot use Slido for Power Point. We need to use Slido for tomorrow at our company Year End Townhall. Could you sort out this issue as soon as possible?
