Hi there! Is it possible, with the free subscription, to allow employees to submit questions to the Q&A without being able to vote on them?Then, could we enable voting for one week while disabling the option to add new questions during that period?

Our plan is to allow these 80 participants to scan a QR code and access the voting, while the remaining attendees in the room should not be able to participate.Would our planned setup support this? If so, could you please advise us on how this can be implemented through Slido?In particular, we would like to know if it is possible to restrict voting access to a specific group of participants, rather than allowing everyone in the room who scans the QR code to vote.We would appreciate your guidance on the most suitable setup for this use case.We would appreciate your urgent response, as we need to finalize the setup as soon as possible.Best regards,

i have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to use the ”paid” features. I am being asked to pay again

I’m exploring word cloud options for a conference activity. I like most of the functionality here but an important step for this activity is collecting a list of responses outside of the word cloud display itself. Am I missing it, or is there no option beyond going to Review Answers and copy/pasting the list that is there? Ideally I would like to be able to export as a sheet with answers in one column and quantity in another, very simple.

I have changed the Participany Privacy to “Always require name” but it is not forcing participants to add a name and is still allowing for anonymous posts. Can anyone tell me how to fix that? 

Is there a way to change how the Slido polling response screen displays?  Is there a template?

Hello,I’m having a problem, since I modified a survey by adding a new question, then I can’t export “Poll results per participant” anymore. When I click “Save” to download, it drives me to the online excel as usual but with a message of “The file you want could not be found.The file may have been renamed, moved, or deleted.” What should I do?

Hey Everyone! Quick question. I have launched a T-shirt brand and my audience is voting on which design they like the most. So I post the Slido link in a Instagram story, and then they choose which design the like the most. Now I have more then 5000 people in the community voting on the designs. Do I therefore have to get the highest slido tier, in order that all my followers can vote? Cause at the moment it says, I have exceeded the 200 participants limit. Does that mean, any person beyond 200 can’t vote, unless I opt for the most expensive tier? Thanks for your heads-up!  

We have a client who insists they previously did a fastest finger poll using Slido. I understand that a Slido quiz does use timings and if there is a draw with the correct answers it goes to overall quickest. However this client wants each question to be individual fastest finger not cumulative. The only way i can see of achieving this is each question being an individual quiz? If each question is a individual quiz though there won’t be a final cumulative overall leaderboard which they also want and say they’ve had before. Is there something I’m missing?

I am willing to download the results ( analytics ) post resetting the results. Would like to know how to do the same ?

Does Slido work with GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting?

I am trying to add quiz questions into a PowerPoint presentation. Once I enter the question and all the possible answers, I receive the prompt to provide the correct answer and then add to presentation. The slide is not created/added to the presentation. I can do polls, multiple choice, other types of engagements, but not quizzes. HELP!

Hello I have run a quiz using slido but I cannot retrieve the results from the poll. Can you please help?When I extract the results it only shows a few occurrences of the training but not the full list of polls I have ran.

Does anyone else have the issue that the events within the iframe are added to the browser history so that from the user’s perspective, the back button feels broken or stuck?

When using Slido for Q & A in the updated Suite platform for Webex Webinars, we have noticed if the “chat” is enabled for the webinar as soon as the participant goes to the chat, Slido disappears.  We have tried closing and re-launching the Slido, but it never comes back for the attendee.  Any ideas ??

I’m curious how the ‘last activity’ of a member is measured.  Is that based on log-in, creating a Slido, or something else?Is there a detailed log of activity?
