Yes that’s possible, if you’re using a powerpoint or google slides presentation, you can set up this up directly within your presentation or your slido host mode.

You can add your multiple choice question and then a quiz question from your slido side bar within your presentation and then, move the Slido slides up or down within your presentation, so you can have the first poll at the beginning and the quiz at the end.  

You mentioned that you don’t want your guests to add a different slido number - could you explain this in more detail?

When I was playing with the program I first created the multiple choice slido. There was a code that the guest would enter. Then to do the quiz there was another code to get into that. I was hoping that I can do both the multiple choice and the quiz with the same code.

Of course, when you add a slido session to a presentation, you can only add one single slido event or session to your Powerpoint or Google Slidoes presentation at a time. When your participants join during your live session, then when you click through to the quiz, it should automatically ask them to join your quiz. 😊 An additional code isn't required. 

If you’re seeing two different codes, we have a passcode that would secure and protect your slido session, this can be removed or changed within your event settings > Privacy and the other is your #eventcode or #slido sesssion code. This is where participants would be able to find your event within Slido.com.
