I have a single day event, with multiple Slido questions for each section of the day. My question is more for the back end setup. Is there a way I can section off all the questions based on each section of the day so I can visualize better which questions should be in each section? I know I can re-order them, but is there a way to divide them up?

You could use our dividers feature.
Dividers allow you to separate your polls into different sections which can be displayed or hidden. This makes it easier to view the right polls, at the right time.
