Cannot connect my slido account in my powerpoint

I requested access from the slido owner (which is me) to connect it with my powerpoint presentation, but I never received email to approve this request. So I cannot move on. I tried it already multiple times, still the same result.

Thanks for sharing the details and a screenshot!

Could you try to Switch the account logged in to the Slido? Did you create 2 Slido accounts with different emails?

Once you request the access, the owner of that Slido should get an email allowing the access if the email is one of yours. If that doesn't work for you, contact our support team who can take a closer look for you.
