I loaded my poll questions into slido. Now I want to export them before the event to check everything. I have a professional one time subscription. In analytics this option is greyed out. Why can’t export now? Must I wait until after the event? I need to study the options, questions, sequencing etc. before the event. I have them in a Word document, but what if I made a mistake entering them in slido?

Export Poll Questions Before the Event No Survey Results

You should be able to export the Polls in your One-Time event before the event takes place.. Could you double check that you’re in the right event? In the top left corner of your event you should see what plan is there. If your are in the Professional One-Time could you please message our support team directly with the slido code so they can look into this?
If you are on a Basic account then the results would be greyed out, but for that specific event thats upgraded it should work.
