Move question from Archive back to Moderation

Hello @lmcb,

if the question has been approved and then archived it cannot be brought back to Moderation. But in case the question has been rejected then you can bring it back to Moderation. 

In the Archive there should be a restore button that would bring the question either to live tab or moderation. It depends if it has been approved or rejected before.
