I have a Slido Questions (Q&A, Word Cloud, MCQ, Open text Q, Rating) PPT lecture that i used last year in a course. I would like to reuse that PPT lecture this year. I do not know how to clear (remove/delete) the answers from last year. I pressed “reset slido” but that did not delet the answers from last year.
Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to reset this PPT so that I do not need to redo this work. Thanks for your time and help!

I paid for slido engage but I can't create survey in the powerpoint presentation, what can I do? When I click on create survey it brings me the payment plan yet I have already paid for engage

If you are creating the survey in a slido that was created previous to upgrading your account then this slido would remain under the free basic plan as the paid plan applies to future slidos.
