I’m often asked why we can only share individual survey questions and not as an overall survey to all questions in one go? Can this be done, or is it being considered as a new function?

Are you meaning if its possible to send a Survey with multiple active polls to your participants?
If so, you can share the Survey with your participants rather than individual Polls:
