Trouble using slido in webex

I was running a session in webex. I had other webex cohosts but they were not a member of the slido space I was using. After i launched a poll I could not see when votes came in. I had to click hide results/see results. If it was a quiz I could never see results even though the attendees were submitting. On my side it looked like no one responding. Voting was open and was saying “waiting on votes”. I tried to reset slido by exiting all the way out of the app but that did not help and I was never able tor resolve the issue.
