Hi,

I am about to launch a slido. When testing, it is sometimes asking an access code (into a pop up, access code sent by an e.mail). I would like to desable this:  please can you help how to proceed?

    This is when you test as a participant, correct? If you have email required when people enter your slido, the first time they enter the code is not required. Only consequent entries with the same email require a code, to make sure someone is not trying to use the same email twice. You are likely to encounter this when you test, but participants would not get this unless they use a different browser/device to re-enter.
