Hi Slido Support team,
My account (mohamed.mahmoud@dilitrust.com) was recently deactivated and then reactivated. Following this deactivation/reactivation process, I have lost access to all the Slido events I had previously created.
Could you please check if it is possible to restore the events linked to my account prior to the deactivation?
I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
