I am running a survey with multiple questions. One of them uses the “ranking” template. When I am viewing preliminary results, I see 0.56, 0.37, 0.07. How can I change the view format to percentages?

Hi
Because the options in a rank poll are compared relative to each other, the results are weighed with the scores you see.
In order to view percentages, you would want to use the multiple choice poll. When you present the results, they will list in order of popularity.
