Hello,
I’m having a problem, since I modified a survey by adding a new question, then I can’t export “Poll results per participant” anymore.
When I click “Save” to download, it drives me to the online excel as usual but with a message of “The file you want could not be found.
The file may have been renamed, moved, or deleted.”
What should I do?

Thanks for sharing and for the great screenshots. This may be either browser or cache related.
I would suggest trying an alternative browser to see if you have the same problem there. If the download works on a different browser then clear your cache on your normal browser (and make sure it’s updated).
