My customer is trying to get some assistance with answering their Due Diligence Questionnaire. The Slido service is new to them and is part of a Webex Suite agreement.
Slido support is directing them to use the Cisco Trust packages – However these do not answer all questions clearly. As a regulated company, they need absolute clarity on how our data is handled. If you’re able to provide a contact of someone that could assist, I’d be extremely grateful.

You are correct in that the Cisco Trust Portal is where we defer the handling of security and due diligence questionnaires – especially as part of a Webex Suite agreement. With that said, you/your customer can also reference our Security, ISO, and Legal pages which are linked directly at the bottom of the slido.com homepage.
If you need more assistance, you’ll need to open a case internally within Cisco for more specific answers.
