Hi all, I tried to access Slido from PC with using 7 digit code. Then, a error message “Sorry, there is no such slido active right now.” came up and I was not able to access Slido. I can access the same slido from mobile phone using QR code. Would someone advise how I can access from PC?
This problem happens only this time. I input the accurate code.I input the accurate code. I have not experienced this error until now.

I’m sorry for the confusion.
The #slidocode allows participants to join the slido session during its set Slido dates - a time frame during which the polls are active and are accessible via #code.
On the other hand with QR code or direct URL link, audience is able to join and participate outside of those specific slido dates as well. You’ll find more details in our helpful guide - What are slido dates.
