Issue with adding multiple open text questions

I had created a presentation for an upcoming event and added a word cloud and open text question. Since I maxed out of my allowed surveys, I signed up for the one time event upgrade. Even after that I am not able to create multiple open text or word cloud surveys. Any tips to fix this issue?
