My Slido sign in isn't working in PowerPoint

I am in the Slido part of my PowerPoint presentation and its asking me to sign in or switch accounts. Im already signed in.  Either choice is not working.  I want to sign into my own account but it keeps rejecting me and its not going anywhere.

I’m sorry to hear that. It seems like either your PowerPoint presentation is linked to a different Slido account, or you’re in some sort of a login loop. Either way, our support team can help.
