se realizo el pago de los $us. 60,00, pensamos que teniamos que crear el SLIDO, pero al parecer estaba ligado a un slido que estabamos haciendo prueba y borramos, ahora no pudimos usar los beneficios de ese pago porque ese slido (libro 2 - plagas) no existe. Podemos revertir el pago a el slido que ahora estamos preparando para el evento?

We made the $60.00 payment; we thought we needed to create the Slido, but it turned out to be linked to a test Slido that we had deleted. Now we cannot use the benefits of that payment because that Slido ("Book 2 - Pests") no longer exists. Can we transfer the payment to the Slido we are currently preparing for the event?
