Problem with adding quiz questions in PowerPoint

I am trying to add quiz questions into a PowerPoint presentation. Once I enter the question and all the possible answers, I receive the prompt to provide the correct answer and then add to presentation. The slide is not created/added to the presentation. I can do polls, multiple choice, other types of engagements, but not quizzes. HELP!

I’m sorry to see you’re running into issues. 

With quiz poll, you have to make sure to mark one of the options as correct answer. That it will save for you. However, you’ll see only 1 placeholder slide in your Power Point presentation for a quiz, not each question on individual slide.
