Hi
Great question. With Professional plan, you can customize the colors of your Slido session and even add a custom images (e.g. your company logo). This would also change color of the bars in your polls - e.g. Multiple Choice poll or Rating poll). You’ll find more information about branding and custom colors here.
However, the grey and green bars cannot be customized in Quiz poll, as they indicate the correct answer.
