Great question! However, Slido doesn't provide built-in winner picker/selector, my sincere apologies. However, with paid plans you can export the names of your joined participants and enter the list into any online random winner selector.
Also, with Slido Quiz poll, you can create a quiz question and it will automatically generate a leaderboard of winners for you.
