Request to restore or transfer my Slido one-time plan

Hello,

I recently purchased the Private: one-time plan for my Slido event. However, I accidentally deleted the Slido that had this plan applied.

Could you please help me with one of the following:

  • Restore the deleted Slido, or
  • Transfer the purchased plan to a new Slido I create

This deletion was unintentional, and I have not used the plan yet. I would like to use the plan without making an additional payment.
