We have a full one day event using a professional plan, with 5 sessions which we want to be able to use the Q&A in.
All people are in one room.
Would it be best to setup the Q&A by using labels for each question, or as separate 5 meeting rooms and deactivate/activate the Q&A? Are we able to setup this up to trial to make sure it is working how we want to it?

I would recommend using the multiple rooms, as it is less work for you and gives you a better overview of the individual sessions. You would only need to activate/deactivate the rooms for each Q&Asession, while with labels you would need to label all questions. But ultimately, it is all up to you and what works better for you.
