Question

SSO Integration

Good morning,

We are in the process of migrating our IdP platform, and as a result, I need to change Slido's SSO federation.

Checking the platform, the configuration is relatively simple; however, to set up a new federation, the old one must be disabled. My concern is that by disabling it, I might lose access to the platform. How can I ensure that username and password login is functional before disabling the currently active federation?

Hi @Ti Zup Innovation

Great question! As the owner of the license, you will be able to access your Slido account with special Magic Link - once you generate the link, it will be sent to your email address and it will allow you to log in even when SSO is disabled.

Please note, that only owner of the license would be able to generate magic link (not admins nor members).

I hope this helps!

All the best,
