Hello
There is only 1 unique QR code generated per 1 slido session. It isn’t possible to generate multiple QR codes for the same slido.
If you need to share access to specific rooms in your slido, you can copy the permanent link or even a direct link to a specific poll and share it with your participants instead.

I cannot create two unique links, the joining and presenting links are all the same for two different polls

May I kindly ask you to check this guide how to generate direct link to a specific poll? When following these instructions, you should get a unique link for each poll in your slido session. The link should look like this example: https://app.sli.do/event/5iGmNQSmjRAtyDwZktkdfT/embed/polls/666fc098-8e12-4233-a17c-f0802b1bc77e
