We have an enterprise account with 3 users. Can i add other people to our team just as guests for free? Or do I need to add them as members? I’d like to invite people in our unit so that when they present, they could use our account.

Yes, you can certainly invite your teammates (or anyone else) to be a free co-host (guest) on a slido. They’ll be able to help edit and run your polls, as well as manage your Q&A, but they won’t have access to your slido’s settings. You can learn more about what guests can and cannot do here. And just so you know, these free co-hosts (guests) can have access to a single slido of yours at a time.
However if you invite and add more members to your license, and you invite them as co-hosts, they will have full access to your slido and can access as many slidos of yours as you wish. Those are the main differences between free external co-hosts and co-hosts who are paid members of your Slido license.
