I am trying to run a quiz over several days at a conference and would like to have participants go through it at their own pace. There’s a post from three years ago asking for the same thing - I assume by now this exists but I don’t see any instructions. How can I do this?
Hello
currently Slido does not offer asnyc quizzes. The only way how you could do it is running a survey in which you would select correct answers. Then your participants could go through the questions on their own pace and you could see in exports who scored how many points.
They will just have to submit entire survey votes at once.
Here is also a quick vidcast showing how to add correct answers to the survey: https://app.vidcast.io/share/37bcea23-a6d6-491f-8116-c4a9c6cec023
Please let me know in case you would have any additional answers.
Hello
I have the same question. You answer to me sounds like a good work around, i.e by using survey and a mutliple choice with correct answers (even if its not a true answer because you can ask people "Did you enjot the session" yes or no and that this really has a correct answer. But i suppose as long as the answer is not revealed to the participant, it will work.
Now my followup question is, in the Survey function it does have options for wordcloud and open questions, which i want to use. I am not sure if each of these have a 'correct answer' option? Is it possible to include these in the survey and still be able to run the quiz over a few days for people to answer it when they can?
Thank you in advance for your help/advice.

Hey
The Survey allows for you to input multiple types of Polls to be answered all at once. The only Poll type which allows you to “select the correct answer” is the Multiple Choice option.
You can however, require certain questions in a Survey to be answered before its submitted.
Ive created a Survey here, which you can submit responses to as a test. Ive added one of each type of the Poll options, with one required question.
I have the results hidden so you only will see that you’ve submitted your own responses.
Let us know if this helps answer your question or if you have any other questions.
Best,
Thanks Carly, this was super helpful...
