how to show who voted for what in a multiple choice poll?

There are a couple of options for you. 

To find out who asked a question or voted in your poll you can enable the option to require their names when they join your slido. Participants will be asked to add their name on joining but they will still have the ability to switch back to anonymous. You can find more information on that feature and how to set it up here

Our Professional plan also has a feature that allows you to control participant privacy, naming participants as default and they are not able to switch back to anonymous.
