Cancel Subscription

Dear Slido Team,

I would like to cancel my ENGAGE subscription (valid until May 27, 2026) and request a full refund in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee.

I already sent an email(support@slido.com) today and just wanted to confirm whether this is the correct way to cancel the subscription. I couldn’t find any cancellation option in my account settings.

 

Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.

We currently only offer the 30-day money back guarantee to annual plans. Would you mind writing us an email to support@slido.com to explain why you need to cancel your one-time plan? We will be happy to look into what can be done.
