Situation: Virtual symposium is ~75 days out and I’m wanting to integrate Slido into our Microsoft Teams environment. If I use the One-Time Professional pricing plan, will I still have access to all the upgraded backend features leading up to the symposium or will those only be accessible during the set event days.

Additionally, we will have 5-6 breakout rooms, will our room facilitators theoretically be able to add the Slido interactions to their respected rooms they’re moderating or would that require an additional license?

Hi @Janicemc100

That’s a really great question! The short answer is yes. The important thing to note here is that you will want to create the Slido you’re going to use with the right Event Dates. So long as those dates are accurate, you can apply a One-Time Professional license to it and access it right away to do all your setup and testing. This article will walk you through the steps, in detail.

As for the breakout rooms, you will want to create a multiple room per session and let each of your facilitators know which room to work it. I say this because adding a co-host to your Slido will give them access to all the rooms in the Slido. Hope that helps!

All the best,
