We would like to create Quiz with 30 questions to be asked and people giving wrong answers to be eliminated

We currently don't have a feature for eliminating users for wrong answers. You can build a quiz with 30 questions, and you can restrict who can access the event. However I don't think it’s possible to utilize these features in a seamless experience.
