Export questions gives empty XLSX

Hello

Some of our users, including myself, get empty Excel sheets when exporting questions.  What causes this and can we do anything about it?

Hey @MarionMD ,

Are you wanting to export the Questions from your Q&A session or are you wanting to export the Poll results? If the Poll results are what you are wanting, please choose “Poll Results Per User” as this will have that result.

If you are choosing the Export option “Questions” but you did not have any Q&A session, then there will be an empty export.
