Another problem is after I reset the quiz the analytics result of the previous group will be gone. How can I reset the same quiz for another group of participants but still keep the analytics results.

I’m afraid once you reset the quiz results, it would remove any participants that voted in that quiz before.
What I can recommend as a workaround is your can use our multiple room feature, where you can host the same quiz in different rooms and turn off the room you’re not using, like that you keep all your event analytics or if you don’t have access to rooms, you can export the results first and then reset the analytics. I hope either option works for you.
