I would like to create a poll and have the last question show up only if they answer yes/no to the previous question. Is that possible? TIA

this is currently not possible with Slido. We do not have any conditional surveys.
The only way how you can do it is creating multiple rooms. Each room would have some name and based on the selection of your participants they would get a different survey in different room.
