I created a quiz and poll and want to know if I can share it with someone else in my department so they can use it? It’s not to collaborate but for them to use as their own.

If you add your colleague as a co-host, they’ll be able to use the quiz however they want – and you’ll still have access as the slido owner. They’ll be able to run the quiz just how it is, or edit it to fit their needs best.
And you or they can always reset the quiz results to use it as many times as you need.

If you and your colleague are both on the same Slido License, you can transfer the created slido to their account and it would then be owned by them and you would no longer have the access to the slido.

If I create a quiz, do I (as the Owner) have to be present to run the quiz? Or can participants take the quiz on their own?

That’s a really great question! The Quiz Poll is designed to be used in a live setting. You, or a co-host, would need to be present to advance through the questions.
