I’m often asked why we can only share individual survey questions and not as an overall survey to all questions in one go? Can this be done, or is it being considered as a new function?

You can customize your privacy settings, your participant privacy settings, your present mode colors, and even add your logo. HI MyColleague upgraded one of our events to proffessional to allow us to moderate. All the other slidos which are currently active on our account have also been turned into professional and now they are unable to be duplicated. Why is professional removing the capability to duplicate ?? Thanks
Hi Slido Team,i'm on an online event with our client and we missed a very important function that we often used before. A change of the interface brings not a solution. Perhaps you can help.We have a moderated Q&A and our people in front of the camera should only see the starred questions - but nobody else in their app. So that the present screen only shows starred questions and everyone else can only see their own question. I created a quiz which I had trialed successfully. I went to edit some questions today to find it now has the format Q&A (not Quiz) and I can’t change it or locate the questions and answers I entered?
Is there a way to upvote/like responses to an open poll? It sounded like they were working on adding this feature as of a few months ago, but I still don’t see it. I was hoping there was a workaround using the Q&A function, which has the upvote option. But there seems no way to edit the prompt to say something different than “type your question.”

I would like to create a poll and have the last question show up only if they answer yes/no to the previous question. Is that possible? TIA

Slido’s new interface is now available for all users. However for a time, we’re including the option to switch back to the old interface. If for some reason you’d like to switch to using old Slido, you can do so via the help widget in the bottom left corner. Here you’ll see the option to Switch to old Slido. How to switch to old Slido Keep in mind that you will eventually be permanently switched to the new interface. However, we’ll give you plenty of notice.

I’m getting a message that i don’t have access to this slido and to request access from the slido owner. But all I’ve done is open my PowerPoint and click on the Slido button.
I have a user that had created a free account and then joined our licensed account. This user has used the same email address for both. He has an option when signed into slido.com to change between accounts. Is there an easy way to delete the free account? Thank you, I did not see this option in the UI.

We love using Slido for online learning with school children however the wordcloud feature has been problematic as we can’t find a moderation option before an answer appears on the screen.Do others have the same issue. What is the solution you have found when dealing with young people who will post “inappropriate replies” they may not be profanities some are more silly? We can use Q/A which does have moderation but a lot of work for single word answers and I can’t see a place to ask the question you want the reply to.Once one silly answer appears on the screen it diminishes the quality of slido.FYI we put in a feature request over a year ago for this and it has not been actioned - the new interface is nice but does not fix this problem.
Hello,We are rolling out a training session for our entire organization. We have about 100 facilitators. All facilitators have a Slido license. We want one universal PowerPoint with Slido interactions. Is this something that we can do? If we can how would we do this?
Why am I seeing this message when I've logged onto my PowerPoint: ‘The slido assigned to this presentation has been deleted.’ And where do I find it to retrieve it?Also, the random question used to generate from my powerpoint depending on what page I was on. This is not giving me the option anymore, can anyone help please?
A few months back, I heard there were plans to build a Slido integration for Prezi.It appears its not there yet, but was wondering if there are any work-around integrations to build it in yet.Thanks in Advance for any help.Tony
How do I share a link to my participants
Hi there, I am using Slido on my Macbook with Powerpoint for Mac and the Slido integration. When I do a multiple choice question and I select a correct answer in the question settings, the correct answer is immediately shown in the live poll (when I show the results “on click”). I would like to show the results of the audience first, without directly showing the correct answer. Actually I would to click again to show the answer. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, can you create a button like “show correct answer on click”? Thanks, Tim
