I cannot get my slido extension/add on to work within my google slides. I keep getting the same error message. I just got out of troubleshooting with our IT team and they can’t figure out what’s going on.

One thing I’d check is if you are logged into Google Slides and Chrome browser using the same google account. Being logged into two different accounts, can cause the add in not to load properly.
If this doesn’t help, just let us know the error message and we may be able to suggest other steps for you.
