I requested access from the slido owner (which is me) to connect it with my powerpoint presentation, but I never received email to approve this request. So I cannot move on. I tried it already multiple times, still the same result.

Thanks for sharing the details and a screenshot!

Could you try to Switch the account logged in to the Slido? Did you create 2 Slido accounts with different emails?

Once you request the access, the owner of that Slido should get an email allowing the access, if the email is one of yours please email us at support@slido.com so we can be sure the access being requested is correct. Please include this screenshot and the #slidocode for which is connected to your Powerpoint presentation.
