How do I delete the connection to Powerpoint?

Hello 

 I tested slido a few weeks ago with my private account. Now we have made a business account. But now I always get this message: 


I must be able to delete this link. I have deleted all surveys and even deleted my account. Nothing has worked.... Re-creating the PowerPoint is out of the question as there are over 100 pages.

Hello @DG2024,

If you have a shared presentation deck that has a slido linked already linked to it or you don't have access to the slido because it belongs to a different account, you can remove that slido and then add your own.

Here’s how to remove a slido: 

  1. Open your presentation deck and log into Slido 
  2. Select Remove slido session
  3. Confirm that you want to remove the slido and all of the Slido placeholder slides
