I have a presentation on Tuesday, June 2. I loaded 3 questions for open answers. I then paid the upgrade fee and yet the system won’t let me add a fourth question.

If you bought a One Time Plan and didn't upgrade a specific slido (eg. you purchased the plan directly from our Pricing Page) then it will apply to the very next slido you create and not an existing slido.
So either create a new slido or please check any other slidos you may have created to see if the plan was applied there.
