Hello,
I have a staff here at our company that have gotten prompted by Slido to update their Slido version in Powerpoint and when they do that it no longer works or shows in the tool bar of Powerpoint. They are running Office, Powerpoint 2016. 16.0.4266.1001. The Slido plug in shows up under the File menu, Options and Add-ins as an Inactive Application Add-in and I can’t seem to get it to activate.
I am wondering if I can install an older version again to get them back up and running or is there a better way to fix this?
