In case I have multple quizzes, could I have a final winner (who ansewered correctly to most of quizzes) ?

For a final winner, the questions would need to be created under the same single quiz.

If you would need multiple quizzes with their own sets of questions, you would need to determine that final winner on the backend from the exports.
