Problem between my account and PowerPoint

Slido for Windows v1.14.0.5919 (Support ID 87965dd6)

 

I created in PowerPoint my slido but later I had to reset my password and I lost connection between my account and the PowerPoint. So Slido is not working in the PPT. 

Please call me, so I will be able to show you my problem.

Could you please contact our support team at support@slido.com? If you could share the email address you used for your account, name of your presentation and print-screen of any error message you see. We can then take a closer look at what might be the issue.

Thank you Lucia, this morning it seams that the connection between my account and PowerPoint is working well. We never now if this will work well next week. The event is on Wednesday morning. If  needed, I will contact you. Thanks

Today I have the same problem. Tomorrow at 9:00 I have to present.

Slido for Windows v1.14.0.5919 (Support ID 52888e6b)

Slido in the PPT is not working. I seams that I am offline without connection. however I have good connection. I reset my password in Slido last Thursday and today my Windows password in the European Commission.

Please can you support me?

I am sorry to hear the issue is still persisting!

Could you please share the logs from your integration to our support team at support@slido.com? You can get them like this. I would also recommend contacting our support in urgent matters as community is only monitored sporadically.

Everything was solved. I did not have the last update of Slido because the Commission has clear protection measures and we have to do this manually. The IT colleagues supported me on this. Thank you
