Hello, I have a slido presentation in powerpoint from the last year. I renew my slido plan. When I open the powerpoit presentation and log in it says that I have to request access from the slido owner. How do I find out if I had another account on slido?

This message means the slido is under a different account to the one that you are logging in from so please ensure to be logging into the correct account.
If the slido belongs to another account that is not yours then yes you would require access.
