I could use Slido for my Power Point however, suddenly I cannot use Slido for Power Point.
We need to use Slido for tomorrow at our company Year End Townhall.
Could you sort out this issue as soon as possible?

could you please share with me what you are experiencing? Did Slido button disappear from Powerpoint? Are you using Windows or Mac? Also can I confirm that you are still using the same computer as the one you used when it worked? Slido integration needs to be installed on all devices that you want to use the presentation with Slido on.
If you are using Windows device could you please also get Windows logs for us. And if Mac can you please check this guide showing how to get logs for us?
