Slido in PowerPoint

I’ve created questions using the Slido add in app in PowerPoint. I was using the free plan. Once I hit the limit, I upgraded to a paid plan. But, the Slido in app version in PowerPoint doesn’t recognize my upgrade. The chat support suggested I close and re-open PowerPoint, which I did. It also suggested I select “My Slido” in PowerPoint to select the current plan but that’s not an option I see in PPT. I’m on a Mac. 

Has anyone experienced and overcome this issue?

Thanks for reaching out! If you upgraded your plan from outside of the Slido itself, sometimes the previously created Slido will not automatically upgrade. Please reach out to support@Slido.com with the #SlidoCode and we can take a closer look at your plan and help out!
