could you please share with me a screenshot of that error here? Most probably I assume that your presentation was connected already with a Slido of some other account.
If that was a case the solution is copying all of powerpoint slides without any Slido slide and pasting them to a new presentation. That should allow you to connect it with your Powerpoint.
